Kim Kitchen
Kim grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida. After graduating from Loyola University in New Orleans with a dental hygiene degree, she practiced for 5 years before deciding to go to dental school and graduated from Loyola Dental School in Chicago. She recently retired from a 40-year dental career in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. Her Florida roots were always with her and she says she feels blessed to have built her dream house on Palm Island 16 years ago. She is now a full-time resident.
Over the years, Kim has been involved with many dental boards and nonprofit associations and she currently has an advisory role for the Ocean Crest Alliance Conservation group in the Bahamas. "I want to increase communication and bring awareness of how fragile and delicate our ocean environment is to our existence", Kim says. Her interests include pickleball, boating, fishing, and cooking. She and her husband Tommy want to make a difference on this beautiful island they call paradise.
