Single Member Level $65

Membership for 1 adult
Free Admission to Educational Programs for 2 children ages 5-17
Discounted admission for 1 adult guest per visit
Nominal fees may apply to Member guests for educational programs

Dual Member Level $90

Membership for 1 adult
Free Admission to Educational Programs for 2 children ages 5-17
Discounted admission for 1 adult guest per visit
Nominal fees may apply to Member guests for educational programs

Family Member Level $125

Membership for 2 adults
Free Admission to Educational Programs for 4 children ages 5-17
*Admission for additional caregiver when children are present.
Discounted admission for 4 adult guests per visit
Nominal fees may apply to Member guests for special events.
10% Discount to Fundraiser Events

Patron Member Level $200

Membership for 3 adults
Free Admission to Educational Programs for 2 children ages 5-17
4 complimentary guests per visit
Nominal fees may apply to Member guests for special events.

Membership

Thank you for your interest in Palm Island Estates (P.I.E.)! We are a voluntary homeowners association, and your support helps us advocate for our community and fund important initiatives. Annual membership dues are only $50 per household.

Joining PIE is a Two-Step Process:

  1. Complete the Membership Form – Download the application pdf and email it to pie@palmislandstg.wpenginepowered.com​.
  2. Submit Your Annual Dues Payment – Choose one of the payment options below to finalize your membership.

Renewing Your Membership

If you’re already a member, simply submit your annual dues payment using one of the payment methods below. No need to fill out the application form again unless your contact information has changed.

How to Pay Your Annual Dues:

You can securely submit your $50 annual dues using one of the following methods:

Zelle (Preferred – No Fees!)
Send your payment directly from your bank using Zelle. Simply enter our email address pie@palmislandstg.wpenginepowered.com as the payee.

Credit Card (via Paypal)
If you prefer to pay by credit card, you can use PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account—just follow the instructions to check out as a guest.

Check (Mail-In Option)
Send your $50 check along with a completed membership form to the following address or email us at pie@palmislandstg.wpenginepowered.com for a drop-off location.

Bocilla Islands Conservancy Overview
Bocilla Islands Conservancy is a public, nonprofit, non-political organization working in partnership with the residents of the Bocilla Islands chain, including Don Pedro Island, Knight Island, Little Gasparilla Island, and Thornton Key. Our mission is dedicated to the long-term preservation of open, undeveloped spaces and natural habitats across the Bocilla Islands. The Conservancy can customize conservation easements through land acquisition, ensuring sensitive habitats are preserved and protected to maintain the ecological balance of the islands.
