The event will feature a family-friendly scavenger hunt followed by an unforgettable barbecue experience with the MISSION BBQ Bama Truck (aka BAM BAM), a custom military-style barbecue truck with a built-in smoker serving up authentic BBQ made from fresh, delicious ingredients. The BBQ Dinner
Enjoy dinner from Mission BBQ’s famous Bama Truck
Dinner will be provided by Mission BBQ, a veteran-owned company known for great food and a commitment to community. The menu includes pulled chicken, brisket, mac and cheese, baked beans, and more. A vegetarian option will be available, with details coming soon.
We’ll have live music from a local country music band and incredible raffle prizes.

We are so excited about the incredible raffle prizes that have been donated in support of the Bocilla Islands Conservancy. Every raffle ticket helps support a great cause while giving you the chance to win some amazing prizes.

Raffle tickets are earned through donations:
• $25 donation = 1 raffle ticket
• $100 donation = 5 raffle tickets, giving you 5 chances to win for the price of 4
You do not need to attend the event to support the Conservancy and have a chance to win. If you are unable to attend, we will gladly place your raffle tickets evenly among the prizes on your behalf, or you can let us know which prizes you would like your tickets entered into.
If you made a donation while purchasing your BBQ tickets, don’t worry. We have recorded your contribution and will have your raffle tickets ready for you when you check in at the event.

We have worked hard to keep this event affordable so that everyone can participate. By attending, you’re not only enjoying a fun evening with friends and family, great food, and an island adventure; you’re also helping protect the natural places and wildlife that make our islands special.
If you would like to make an additional contribution, your support will help us continue acquiring and protecting habitat, restoring native ecosystems, educating residents and visitors, and building a stronger future for conservation throughout the Bocilla Islands Chain.

Can I attend dinner without participating in the scavenger hunt?
Yes. You are welcome to attend the dinner and evening festivities without participating in the scavenger hunt by selecting the Dinner Only option.
Likewise, if you prefer, you may participate in the Scavenger Hunt Only without attending the dinner.
What is a Scavenger Hunt Entry Pass?
A Scavenger Hunt Entry Pass is your ticket to participate in the scavenger hunt. It gives you access to the scavenger hunt activities, clues, checkpoints, and eligibility for prizes and raffles while supporting the conservation mission of the Bocilla Islands Conservancy.
What prizes can participants win?

Participants will have the opportunity to compete for a variety of raffle prizes and special giveaways throughout the evening.

One of the best parts? You don’t have to be the fastest team to win. All of our participants will have a chance at winning prizes, giving everyone a chance to take home something fun while supporting conservation.

Does each participant need their own pass?
Yes. Each person who wishes to actively participate in the scavenger hunt should have their own Scavenger Hunt Entry Pass. Individual passes help us accurately track participation, manage prizes and raffles, and support the conservation programs of the Bocilla Islands Conservancy.
The scavenger hunt is designed to be a fun, family-friendly adventure rather than a race against the clock. Participants explore the island, complete missions, learn about local wildlife and conservation, and become eligible for prize drawings and raffles.
Because this is a fundraiser supporting conservation, every scavenger hunt entry helps protect and restore the Bocilla Islands Chain. Additional entries provide additional opportunities to participate in prize drawings and raffles. While there may be a special prize for one of the first teams to complete the hunt, most prizes will be awarded through raffles and drawings, giving everyone a chance to win while enjoying the experience.
Our goal is simple: have fun, learn something new, support conservation, and help protect the places and wildlife that make our islands special.
Can families participate together?
Absolutely. Families and teams are encouraged to participate together. However, each person who wishes to be eligible for individual scavenger hunt prizes, raffles, and giveaways should purchase their own Scavenger Hunt Entry Pass.
Do I have to be present for Raffle Ticket Prizes?
You do not need to attend the event to support the Conservancy and have a chance to win. If you are unable to attend, we will gladly place your raffle tickets randomly among the prizes on your behalf, or you may notify us in advance which prize drawings you would like your tickets entered into.
If you made a donation while purchasing your BBQ tickets, don’t worry. We have recorded your contribution and will have your raffle tickets ready for you when you check in at the event.
Winners will be notified using the email address provided at registration. Winners are responsible for claiming their prizes within 30 days of the event. Prizes must be picked up locally and will not be shipped. The Bocilla Islands Conservancy is not responsible for incorrect contact information or unclaimed prizes. Any prizes not claimed within 30 days may, at the sole discretion of the Conservancy, be used to further support its mission through future fundraising efforts or other charitable purposes.
