Join Us for a Unique Culinary Experience While Supporting a Great Cause

Spend a memorable summer afternoon at Scarpa’s Coastal on Saturday, August 1, from 12:00 to 2:00 PM, where exceptional food, hands-on experiences, and conservation come together.

Whether you’re discovering the Bocilla Islands Conservancy for the first time or have supported our work for years, this is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a private culinary event while learning how local conservation efforts are helping protect the Bocilla Islands Chain.

During this intimate experience, you’ll meet members of the Conservancy, hear about our current initiatives, learn more about our vision for the future, including the proposed Conservancy Center, and have the opportunity to ask questions in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

Your experience includes:
• A hands-on gnocchi-making class led by Scarpa’s chef, followed by your freshly prepared gnocchi served with house-made sauce
• An interactive berry mojito demonstration with both alcoholic and nonalcoholic options

Your lunch also includes:
• Fresh seasonal seafood salad
• Your choice of Chicken Caprese Flatbread or Vegan Pesto Primavera Flatbread
• Lemon sorbet for a light, refreshing finish

Most importantly, your participation directly supports the Bocilla Islands Conservancy’s mission to preserve, educate, and steward the Bocilla Islands’ unique natural resources.

Space is limited, and this private event is expected to sell out. Reserve your seat today.

If you would like a vegan meal, please email us at feedback@bocillaislandsconservancy.org

Bocilla Islands Conservancy Overview
Bocilla Islands Conservancy is a public, nonprofit, non-political organization working in partnership with the residents of the Bocilla Islands chain, including Don Pedro Island, Knight Island, Little Gasparilla Island, and Thornton Key. Our mission is to preserve the natural habitat of the Bocilla Islands Chain while fostering community engagement and environmental education to ensure a balanced coexistence between the ecosystem and local residents. The Conservancy can customize conservation easements through land acquisition, ensuring sensitive habitats are preserved and protected to maintain the ecological balance of the islands.
